On April 23rd, the second China (Wuhan) Cultural Tourism Expo, jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the Hubei Provincial People's Government, came to a close in Wuhan. CWVS Guest Service Team was invited once again this year to provide service in the China International Tourism and Culture Expo.

The Expo is the only national and international comprehensive exhibition with the fusion of culture and tourism as its characteristic. This year's expo, showcased new models, new formats, and new scenes of cultural and tourism integration development on the new journey of building a strong country and reviving the nation, attracting more than 2,000 domestic and foreign exhibitors and 179,000 registered attendees.

The main exhibition area of this year's expo covers 80,000 square meters, and the CWVS Guest Service Team appeared in different theme galleries such as "Beautiful China," "World River Civilizations," "Hubei's Scenery and Friends," and "Wuhan's Rivers and Lakes." With a professional and elegant image and explanations, the team showcased the charm of China to nearly 180,000 exhibitors and visitors, providing a high-quality exhibition service experience that was full of aesthetics.

According to the characteristics of different galleries, the CWVS Guest Service Team matched different personnel based on their appearance, voice quality, and personality traits. Meanwhile, the guest service members rehearsed and practiced the speed, intonation, and tone of their explanations repeatedly in advance. The "voice" became a part of conveying the beautiful picture of "Beautiful China."

According to the different theme characteristics of the galleries, the team customized costumes with different styles and tones such as landscape and technology, striving to present a visual aesthetic of "integrating people and galleries."

In addition to providing explanations and displays to exhibitors and tourists, the CWVS team also had to receive live broadcasts and interviews from numerous media. They remained calm in front of cameras and speak clearly according to the needs of the scene, flexibly adjusting the complexity and simplicity of the explanations.

Until the end of 2022, CWVS has successfully completed more than 20,000 reception tasks, including over 130 national-level receptions, over 2,000 provincial and ministerial-level receptions, and over 2,000 foreign affairs-level receptions, accumulating rich experience in providing high-quality services. Since its establishment, the CWVS Wuhan Regional team has served as the guest service provider for events such as the first and second China (Wuhan) Cultural Tourism Expo, the 36th Hundred Flowers Awards, and the 2022 Chinese Super League Award Ceremony, etc..
